Unless you figure out how to evolve all kinds of animals, now’s the time to collect them. The first thing you will need to do is collect twenty five plus candies. Candies are the currency here. Level up your meat character and you will be able to get the candies easily. Meatballs restore food points, candies restore food points and candies restore candies. To get candies, you have to level your meat character. Level up meat enough times and you will start to find candies from quest rewards.
The game gets better with each level, when you level up the character, and when you use higher level items. Level up meat until you hit first level meat. Once you hit first level meat, start focusing more on fishing, crafting, and animal hatching.
There are three major purple candles that can speed up food exp. You will always have to keep at least one candle near your camp. The food regeneration rate is pretty low, but you will always be able to use it a little bit.
When someone asks you to do something, pay attention to their actions. As I mentioned before, animals require a certain level to have a chance. When someone asks you to get items from a chest, a fence, or a stack, pay attention to the distance. If they ask you to do a map quest, get it ready and gather the items as you are ready.
